The North Windham Animal Hospital Team

Linda, Hospital Manager at North Windham Animal HospitalLinda has been with North Windham Animal Hospital since 1993. She loves working with people, their pets and the staff. Linda enjoys being outside at home in her perennial garden. She lives with her husband, Walter, and their four dogs, three Golden Retrievers and a Wire Fox Terrier.



Erin, Veterinary Assistant & ReceptionistErin has been an enthusiastic member of the North Windham team for six years. She capably fills the roles of both head receptionist and veterinary technician. Outside of the hospital, Erin competes in the Southern New England Horsemen's Association on her family's show horses. She loves spending time with her beautiful daughter, who is already an animal lover too! They have a silly Pitbull Mix, Rambler and a spoiled kitty named Dundee.


Vet Tech Jessica with CatJessica is a Technician at North Windham Animal Hospital. Since she was little, Jessica always had a deep affinity for animals and has now been working in the veterinary field since 2006. At home, she lives with multiple pets including her dog Koda, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. In her spare time, she loves fishing and being outdoors.



Vet tech SteveSteve is a Rhode Island transplant who recently moved to Connecticut with his 3 dogs, 6 cats, a three legged bearded dragon, and his wife. Before he found his passion in veterinary medicine Steve was an E-6 in the Air Force and Army for 12 years where he worked as a medic and electronic countermeasures technician. Between deployments to Afghanistan, Germany, Guam, and Diego Garcia he attended several colleges and earned an A.A.S. in Avionic Electronic Systems, a B.A. in Psychology, EMT-basic certification, and as of 2016 a B.S. in Biology. As an avid musician, cinephile, cook, and gamer he spends his free time watching movies, anime, collecting comics, playing drums, guitar, and an Xbox controller. 

Lizzy with DogLizzy has been working with us since early 2016. She has always wanted to work animal and couldn't picture herself doing anything else. She plans to go back to school to be a Certified Technician. All of her pets, Lilly Ann, Jenny, Princess, Chloe, Toby, Daisy and some African Cichlids are rescues that live with her. In her spare time she is a self-taught artist, drawing, paints, crafts, likes bird watching and training and spending time with her new rescue puppy Lilly Ann. 


Receptionist Kelly with CatKelly joined our team in October of 2015. She is a certified dog trainer. In her sparetime she loves to hike all around New England and read. She lives with her husband and two daughters. She also shares her home with her lab/hound mix Josey, two cats Tahiri and Luna, and her bunny Symphony.


Vet Tech TammyTammy joined our team in March of 2015. She attended St. Petersburg University from 2003 to 2005 for veterinary technology and earned her CVT in 2006. She lives in Storrs with her toy poodle Archie and her two cats George and Habeeb. Her favorite thing about veterinary nursing is handling emergencies. Seeing a pet recover from a life threatening injury or illness is the most gratifying part of her job. Some of her hobbies include painting, foraging and herbalism. 


Veterinary Receptionist Danielle with CatDanielle is a receptionist, who happily joined our team in the beginning of June 2014. She is currently enrolled at Quinebaug Valley Community College. As an animal lover, Danielle has had a variety of pets throughout her life such as cows, dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, dwarf hamsters, and much more! She really enjoys being in the woods in her Jeep and loves to spend time with her boyfriend and family. Danielle has two cats, Mit Mit and Chauncy.


Veterinary Assistant Shannon with Guinea PigShannon happily joined our team in May 2015. She graduated from the University of Connecticut (UConn) Animal Science program in 2016. Shannon enjoys taking her two dogs, Molly, and Jasper, for hikes and swimming when the weather is nice, and loves snuggling with her guinea pigs. She loves traveling and learning new things about the native wildlife and fauna of the countries she's traveled to. Shannon aspires to travel to many different countries and to see as many animals as she can in their natural habitat. When not with her dogs or guinea pigs, Shannon enjoys dancing, photography, and baking.

Receptionist Sarah with dogSarah is an undergraduate Pathobiology student at UCONN. She has always loved sharing her love of animals with others and is very excited to be joining the North Windham Animal Hospital team. In her free time Sarah enjoys working at a local family farm and going horseback riding. She has had a handful of pocket pets (mice, rats, gerbils, hamsters) and taken care of a variety of animals (snakes, horses, rabbits, cats) and currently lives with her pit-lab mix Cocoa and beagle mix Vivian at home.  


Pam, North Windham Animal Hospital staffPam has been keeping North Windham Animal Hospital's surgery rooms and equipment clean and in top shape for 13 years. In her spare time, Pam works in her gardens, plays with her grandson and spends time with her family. She has a cat and a Pomeranian Shih-tzu mix.
